My experience: I'm 6' 2" and weigh around 230. I'm between an XL and an XXL in size. Chose Customize, and I offered my measurements of shoulder, chest, sleeve length, body length....they are very professional. It takes about 5 working days to the make the correct coat for me. Shipped via DHL, 3 days to Billings, very fast, then my order was finished within 10 days, very fast. I tried the coat and it fitted me perfectly, the fur looks very nice, I have used it for a week in Denver, it works very well. I am warm and nice in the coat. (Posted on 1/5/15)
