We'll ship the merchandise(s) out in 2-5 days after receiving your payment. After posting out your items, we would update the order status to "Processing to Delivered", with email notification. Normally your order will arrive within 3-5 working days. We do not deliver on public holidays. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!

Most orders are shipped by DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ TNT/ EMS etc.(except some special countries ),we will choose the most favorable express shipping way to send. You will receive the tracking number. You can track your package by visiting DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ TNT/ EMS etc.tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided.

When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. Before exchanging or returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully.

For safe, quick return and replacement, be sure to contact our after-sales Customer Service first (email to service@cwmalls.com or text at 0086 13957165063) to get the consent before you return an item and then fill in the waybill according to the detail information and address we provide. (Special Remind: If you haven’t reported any question within 7 working days after signing the package, our system will automatically consider the order finished and close the transaction, we will no longer handle exchange, return or any other issues.)

We don't accept returning if the item is used.

Cwmalls reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.   

Return 

If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has quality problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 15 days after receiving the products and return it within7 working days, so that not to affect us sell the item again, and the item must be in original condition when returning to us, please make sure the item is unused and will not affact the secondary sales.

When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, and then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from Cwmalls to you but you have to pay the shipping fee from you to CWMALLS).

If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.

Refund

1. CWMALLS offers refund on most items within 7 days of receiving your goods.  The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service. As we are a platform company (just as Ebay, Amazon, and we have many suppliers). We need to verify the situation first and then communicate with the factory, see the solution of the factory,  after that we will reply you.

2. We offer refund on any items that are found to be damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by the fault of the third party or the customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.

3. We refuse to sign for the package that you return directly without contacting us, and we will not offer refund. 

4. Without our written consent or authorized, any third-parties or not our company staff signed package, we have the right to refuse the package and refuse to refund!

5. Partial products returned, we will deduct the shipping fee and relevant loss.

6. For custom-made products, we only offer 40% refunds of the product.

Partial Refunds

We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
