To better expand online retail market, build and train more local network distributors to improve our overall local management and service capability, Cwmalls is now recruit several network products distributors for North America districts(mainly in Montreal, Ottawa of Canada, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Boston, Denver, Miami, Seattle of United States), no limitations for nationality and sex, ages ( from 22 to 55), bachelor degree, and should have certain economic foundation and work experience.

Distribution Requirements: To comply with and be familiar with the laws and regulations in certain area and country, and policies; can independently handle various requirements of service; should have some network product expanding and promoting experience (you’d better have sales or distributing experience on bags, clothes and shoes); be familiar with promotion on social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) or have your own store on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy or other online shopping platform, or have experience about these, or you have your own shopping website(we can offer support of technology); you should love internet sales business, be earnest, be good at innovation, be patient, be adept in sharing, and can quickly identify with our company’s values and ideas, and must have teamwork spirit.

Distribution Profits: You are mainly responsible for making, analyzing and carrying out the localize network promotion plan of CWMALLS COMMODITY, related management services; display our products (images, texts, videos) on carious third-party platforms and your own platforms to facilitate the transaction, and then notify us to send the product for you. Distributors are mainly gain distribution profit according to a certain commission rate. For an individual or a company, this is a model of starting your business at “zero risk”, “zero stock” and “little investment”; we provide unified product images and text information, we also provide unified promotion, logistics, and after-sales service, no need to hoard, one-to-one customer service; Specific distribution profit is calculated based on commodity selling volume (Generally, the rate is between 20% - 30% of the retail price, the final rate is according to the specific circumstance). Distributors who have good sales performance will also have a bonus.
