Growing Story

Growing Process: grazing cattle barefooted 20 years ago, nearly selling blood 10 years ago, and nowadays, flying around the world, is it the choice of history or the result of striving and endeavor? We don’t know; believe that as long as we make efforts, it will change; the growing of life is just like playing football, there is no score in the first half, but it doesn’t mean no score in the second half, either. Persistence means victory, be your own hero, you should interpret the variate in life during the destiny.

Main Idea: Never ask the source of heroes, alive to do something meaningful, do what you want to do, what you like to do and what you can do; it is the result of continuous adjustment with age; we often ask ourselves, where is our youthful dream going? It seems like that we know what kind of people the heroes are during our growing process, while gradually discover ourselves are not the heroes during the maturing process; it is because that we haven’t design or plan for our own lives or life, we only think and do things emotionally, we should, on the premise of rational, carry it out step by step, so that to have a change both in the quality and quantity.

Do your own job well to set example for others. it is the best reveal of individualistic heroism; but one tree does not make a forest, we should unite heroes during our growing process, collect mass wisdom and make joint efforts to perform our common responsibility and mission perfectly. Like the song of youth: passionate, sunshine, healthy, happy; like a love ambassador: pass on, cooperate, share, and help each other. Let us take action together to strive for the beautiful future human life!

Sunshine comes after the storm; there is no success without failure! Persistence, cooperation, agaphology and share are our main ideas.

Prospect Future: Prospect is a very luxurious thing; without the efforts and endeavors in the past, without previous foundation and success, it is far from prospect; under our joint efforts, we have our own data, our own history, and our own “platform”, we can let go of the mind and look forward to own future; certainly all the premise and result depends on the outer environment. I believe that under the joint efforts and actions of CW people, everything will become more wonderful!

Actually, every successful enterpriser has gone through several failures, it depends on your own awareness.

Enterprise's development needs financing and looks for suitable investors. Before investors decide to invest, they pay great attention to the entrepreneur’s past. It is not because they worry about the entrepreneur’s experience, but that they want to see if this person is able to weather the blow of difficulties. The progress and propulsion of history result from countless "unknown" people’s brave execution; they turn complaints into strength, turn indignation into action, they carry out and take action without any regret; they can’t bloom in a flash, they will not be famous overnight, but the changes accumulated over a long period and step by step, they are changing towards the “shiny” side, in fact they are the founder and creator of history, there is no need for too much speech and too many skills, but to be pragmatic, down-to-earth and carry out the planned thing. They know deeply that the way of growing up is full of loneliness and dolefulness, also know very well the risk and consequences; they do not flinch, but grasp the nettle to create own history and the history of society. A person can grow up from the sufferings and failures of life, it is just like that alive plants can grow from the rotten soil; the soil may be rotten, but it can provide plants with nutrition; though failure is a pity, it can hone our wisdom and courage, and then create more chances, only when we can face failures and tests with peace minds, can we mature and get gains. And those failures and setbacks will be the priceless treasure of our lifetime; they are worth treasuring deep in our memory forever.

Deformed development will finally lead to a lot of unnecessary sacrifice; we need a health environment for development, and we need a perfect system to guarantee the environment; we are down to earth, we make efforts to innovate, and we are persistent to strive, however, why there is no sense of security or guarantee! This is a great social issue, what kind of soil, air and water produce what kind of result, and it is totally abnormal! The unscientific, blind development during the earlier stage results in the current sequelae, coordinate, harmonious development should be the tone, so that to form an environment that has virtuous circle development; we hope the current status can be adjusted as soon as possible, and be more suitable for our development.
