I originally ordered the wrong size. No problem! It was simple enough to ship back the coat and get a replacement from this site. I really like the user friendly aspect of dealing with Cwmalls. It's a coat likes my Grandpa would gave my dad and now passing to me.It's must be a fashion thing during the old days in London.But as the textile develops, we are Englander,and we like antiques,LOL. It is very well made, fits my husband well, and is incredibly warm!Another feature that wasn't described that is really cool, you can turn up the collar and there is a strap with a button there to keep it in place, acting almost like a scarf.
