It is soft, comfortable and fits great! It keeps you at the perfect temp in Montreal even the wind is blowing (wind will not go through it). It was always cold in Chicago in winter. Last year I really had hard days during the cold season. I ordered this coat early before winter, so that it may worked as soon as it become cold. I was told the coat would be customized and I had to wait some days. This didn't matter much. Yesterday, I received this coat, it looked as what it shown online. And the size fitted nicely.
