I have used this handbag for 2 months. I can report that mine has been extremely durable. Still looks great and does what it is supposed to do. I think the handles are very comfortable on the hand, even when packed heavy. I like the bag so much that I am buying another in Black -- not because this one has not held up, but because I'm afraid that when it does start to wear, I would not be able to replace it.
