This “thirty days” is the prelude of the change of one hundred days, it is sonorous but rational! Everything is unusual!

The month summary of “thirty days”, many struggles, efforts and innovations may not get effects instantly; arguments, plans, implements, summaries, improvements and innovations, move in circle , go step by step, change step by step and consolidate step by step, it makes the current us; we should still insist on principles and the bottom line and carry out our direction and targets, when all these normal phenomenon turn into actions, we are really changing; fears and loneliness will not fill us, and then courage and unity will accompany us, we are really grow up; specification and standard are our basic requirements to carry out business, innovation and endeavors becomes our basic status for rapid development; this is what we look like in “thirty days” and “seven hundred twenty hours”, for our dreams, we CWers are a group of people proceed without hesitation and we are almost paranoid, we are moved by ourselves, by our own attitudes and actions, we implement earnestly without any complaints and regrets, we are innovating  every day, in every plan and every project, come on CWers! Make every leap become a kind of self sublimation, everything will become better!

Take action without any regret and be persistent, this is an attitude,

I, we, and everyone in our team, with a clear direction and concrete target we take action earnestly; maybe we are still young and we don’t have experience, but we have enough courage to take innovative action for our career; it doesn’t matter much if we are wrong or we fail. 20 days of the “sprint one hundred days”!

Find out the opposite side of yourself and learn to think;

Inner lava is like brewing storms on rivers and seas which is going to burst out, this is us;

“Must, immediately” is our motto for growing up.

“Earnest, pragmatic” is our standard to treat things;

We take action every day, and turn the desire to a innovative power;

Our “history” is produced by the combination of theory and practice;

Our “work” is created by the integration of cooperation and sharing;

Our “action” is generated by the alternation of innovation and braveness;

Sometimes, we are distinct; but most time we are in company with “lunatic”!

Sometimes, life is just like a marathon, the last one in the first hundred meters, then be the last but one during the one thousand meters; in the middle after three thousand meters; and finally be the first three during the sprint phrase; it is a progress; it is the result of combining endurance, strength, and persistence, and also the result of our current development!

We have no need of the retreat; going forward is our only goal, we have made all the preparations; overcome all the difficulties and hazards; haul against the wind and go against the odds; inner desire has boiled, blood has risen up; our fight is beginning, it is “the fight belongs to you and me”;

Endeavor is a beam of light among the insipid; it is shining but not dazzling; it is a kind of power; a power that cannot be expressed by words; it can change “current situation”, it can break the rules and show the difference; it is direct and it is the power that produced by the dream and strength; it makes everything around it accumulate to a great potential power to go forward;

We are modest, we are low-key; we are able to accomplish great deeds; loneliness is our closet friend, it makes us more rational and more persistent; we take action and change without any doubt; “diligence and concentration” is our attitude to work, meanwhile it is our good teacher and helpful friend; currently under the goal of “sprint one hundred days”, endeavor makes us so different and radical, and our inner glamour is shown just like the colorful sunshine; we also expect to receive more attention!

Road is long to come; and there is no returning back; therefore we gather everybody’s power together to focus on a setting target; it is a real test on our comprehensive abilities and qualities, it is a perfection to our mission; meanwhile it is a challenge of our team members’ coordination and cooperation—“seamless joint and unconditional implement”; under a limit state, endeavor is our perfect implement over and over! There is difficulty one after another, and we are striving day by day! We are making efforts to get the proportion of gives and gains become normal, but things always go in the opposite way! Nobody is willing to see this and accept this! Every time we ask ourselves, how can we get through the difficulties at early stage, and how do the surrounded counterparts operate? The reason, we discover that attitude is the source to change all these, it means that what attitude you take, and then you will get what you deserve! Attitude decides everything!

We have encountered grievance, laughing, betrayal, insult and so on, but these cannot shake our inner insistence on dream, be consistent and stick to our own direction and goal, especially during the “sprint one hundred days” period, we gather our energy, face all difficulties and hardships, we unite together and carry it out bravely; just let all irrelevant noise goes to hell! We are brave to create future!
